As part of our post-launch engagement, we offer monthly office hours to review the changes in your city that might affect your OpenCounter service. These might include rezonings, map updates, fees, processes, and more.

At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive an email from OpenCounter with a link to schedule a 15–30 minute meeting. In that time, we can discuss relevant updates in your city, hold short trainings, and review anything else you’d like.
